Professional Photography

Did you know that 92 percent of homebuyers (according to realtor.org) use the Internet as part of their home search? That means that listing photos are a critical factor — it will determine the selling price of a home, how quickly it sells and whether it sells at all. The single most important factor in selling a home is good photography. (Inman News)

Aerial Photography

Imagine the potential an unmanned aircraft system has to capture footage of ideally suited properties, such as properties with vast amounts of land and properties with incredible views? Even simply just to capture elevated shots previously un-reachable or images from above to examine the property layout and property line. Professional Aerial Photography Services stand to “elevate” a Real Estate professional’s ability to highlight the unique aspects of a property and its surroundings.(www.invisionstudio.com)

Virtual Tours

Imagine using narrated virtual tours at the curb combined with automated call and text capture technology. Many successful agents, teams and brokerages have been using curbside technology for years as it generally delivers the highest quality leads, complete with name, phone number and their actual location — at the curb of one of your listings. Matterport

Here’s how it works: The Matterport camera sits on a tripod and spins around in a full circle, scanning a room and collecting the data to display in 3-D. Several “sweeps,” or scans, from different locations in a room may be necessary in order to capture the full image (youwill need to scan in front of and behind a piece of furniture so the 3-D rendering can capture the entirety of the room). Once you’ve got all your scans, upload them to Matterport’s cloud server, where the images are formed into a 3-D model of the home. (www.realtormag.realtor.org)
